The staff totally hooked us up with the sickest routes to explore all the rad stuff in Tuscany, from unreal medieval villages to sick nature parks. The old farmhouse vibe was so chill, it made us feel like we were in a movie. Plus, the spacious apartments were legit perfect for our crew of party animals. They had everything we needed for an epic vacation with our crew!
Honestly, the only thing that would've made our stay even more lit would've been a dope party hall. Imagine having a sick 250 square meter space where we could throw down and turn up the volume for some next-level parties.

We just loved the spacious and well decorated rooms. We were in four adults plus our dog, a golden retriever, so the room they gave us was just the perfect size. It also had a small kitchen which was perfect for enjoying some of the local delicacies that we purchased ..pecorino cheese..local boar sausages and tuscan bread. And the delicious Morellino di Scansano wine. The staff was cordial and discreet. Magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and hill top towns. Gardens and lawns kept very nicely. It was like a home away from home.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. The common areas were beautifully designed with warm colors and comfortable furniture, making it perfect for seniors like me to relax and unwind. The hotel was also easily accessible for us older folks, with well-maintained ramps and elevators throughout the property. It was such a relief to not have to worry about stairs or navigating difficult terrain.
It would have been even better if the children working there had been more attentive and accommodating to the needs of senior guests. Just a little more understanding and patience from the staff would have made our vacation even more enjoyable.

Incredibly relaxing. Very tranquil location in middle of stunning Tuscan countryside. Pool great and surround very thoughtful.
Wifi in every room good - but settings prevent Vpn connection which was a pain. Any decent restaurants were a drive away. Local village, braccagni, bit down at heel. Great for 3-4 day break.

Great location with amazing view of Tuscan valley and old town Montepescali. Fantastic interior, appartments are also very spacious. Nice local restaurant nearby. Train station is not far from location (but we get to Guadelupe by car).
Searching for location may be rather complicated if your navi system doesn't work quite well. You should go straight from rail crossing on Strada Del Bozzone for about one mile (1.5 km). Do not try to find any trail from Via delle Geblette as we did ;)

Location - set in beautiful countryside yet it is only 15 minutes drive from Grosseto and less than half an hour from the coast. The apartments have reasonably equipped kitchenette and we made use of it during our stay. Very clean and quiet surroundings.
Google map is not reliable on locating this place, we had to ask the locals when we got to the vicinity!

The romantic style with old fashioned furniture was absolutely stunning. The countryside setting provided a tranquil escape, and the nearby hilltop village offered a breathtaking view. The free parking made it convenient to explore the area by car. Having a small kitchen in the room was a great solution for a quick cup of tea.

For my regular stay, I can't think of a better place. Helped me find parking on my first visit. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, on-site car park, kitchen, AC, laundry, play area. Can't wait to come back for New Year! No regrets!

Spacious accommodation in a pleasant atmosphere with a good range of facilities. We used it for an overnight stop but it deserves a longer stay to take advantage of what it has to offer. The resort will make for a great family holiday.
